Georgia’s Grandeur : Tour Overview

DAY 1 - ARRIVAL IN TBILISI

Seamless Arrival: Upon landing at Tbilisi International Airport, you will be met by a driver and transferred (approx. 30 minutes) to your hotel

Settle In: After checking in, enjoy free time to rest or take your first stroll through the city’s historic boulevards

DAY 2 - TBILISI CITY HERITAGE & PANORAMIC VIEWS

Historic Walk: Embark on a guided tour of Old Tbilisi, visiting landmarks such as the Sameba Holy Trinity Cathedral and the ancient sulfuric bath district of Abanotubani.

Skyline Icons: Ride the cable car to Narikala Fortress for stunning views of the Mtkvari River and visit the “Mother of Georgia” statue overlooking the city.

Modern Landmarks: Explore Rike Park, the Bridge of Peace, and the charming Clock Tower at the Rezo Gabriadze Marionette Theater.

Chronicles of Georgia: It chronicles Georgia’s history. The top part of the statue features the kings and queens of Georgia. The lower part portrays the life of Christ. The dark sculpture can be seen all the way from the highway

DAY 3 - SACRED LANDSCAPE OF MTSKHETA, ANANURI & GUDAURI

Ancient Capital: Visit Mtskheta, the former capital of Georgia and a UNESCO World Heritage site, including the 6th-century Jvari Monastery and Svetitskhoveli Cathedral.

Fortress & Reservoirs: Continue along the Georgian Military Highway to the Ananuri Castle complex, overlooking the turquoise Zhinvali Reservoir.

Mountain Peaks: Reach the mountain resort of Gudauri to stand at the Friendship Monument for panoramic views of the Caucasus Mountains.

Overnight: Tbilisi.

DAY 4 - WINE CULTURE & CITY OF LOVE

Sighnaghi Exploration: Journey to the Kakheti region to visit the “City of Love,” Sighnaghi, famous for its 18th-century defensive wall and stunning views of the Alazani Valley

Monastic Serenity: Visit the Bodbe Monastery, the final resting place of Saint Nino, surrounded by beautiful gardens.

Art & Ambience: Enjoy a leisurely walk through Sighnaghi’s art-filled streets and cozy cafés, with opportunities for local wine tasting.

Overnight: Tbilisi.

DAY 5 - DEPARTURE

Farewell Georgia: Enjoy a final breakfast at your hotel before checking out.
Airport Transfer: A private car will transfer you to the airport for your departure flight, concluding your Tbilisi adventure
